BlueSpruce hosts over 50 meetups every year in Denver. The Creative Real Estate Lunch Club is the most frequent, meeting every Thursday throughout the year. All of our meetups focus on pitch-free education. We never charge for attendance, and our presenters are all professionals with a deep investing background.
Real Estate Lunch Club
We are a group of investors who aren’t afraid to use out-of-box, innovative strategies for our deals. We typically see 40-160 investors EVERY OTHER TUESDAY at NOON, for networking and learning new creative strategies to real estate. By utilizing creative strategies, we are able to get more deals done.
